4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, copyrighted, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform operations.
  • Use automated tools for bulk or abusive uploads.

5. Service Description

Statly provides tools to convert bank statement PDFs into structured formats such as CSV, Excel (XLSX), and JSON. We strive for high accuracy but do not guarantee perfect parsing in all cases.

6. Data Security & Privacy

All uploaded files are encrypted using AES-256 and transmitted securely via TLS. Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours unless otherwise specified. For more details, visit our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments & Refunds

Free-tier users can process a limited number of pages per month. Paid plans and credits are available on our Pricing page. Refunds are provided only for duplicate or failed transactions upon verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All design, content, and source code belong to Statly. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Statly is not liable for damages resulting from data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access. The service is provided “as is.”

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated or misuse is detected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
